Celebrity Cruises honours top-performing trade partners

Celebrity Cruises has recognised its top-performing agencies at its 11th Travel Agent Appreciation Awards.

The cruise line held the ceremony on January 15 at Park Hyatt River Thames with more than 120 agents attending, alongside Celebrity’s trade, marketing and sales teams.

Line president Laura Bethge sent congratulations to agents over video, thanking them for their “unwavering support of the brand” and looking forward to “an epic 2026”.

The awards were hosted by Nicola McNeish, UK and Ireland sales director and Charlotte Hallam, head of UK and Ireland sales.

Speaking to agents in the room, McNeish said: “I want to thank each and every one of you for your partnership, your trust and your relentless commitment to delivering incredible experiences for our guests.

“This year we’ve just delivered a truly record-breaking year for Celebrity Cruises and that simply would not have happened without your trust, your advocacy and your belief in our products.”

Speaking to Aspire’s sister title Travel Weekly, Claire Stirrup, managing director for the UK and EMEA, said: “Today is a big day for us because the trade are the absolute heartbeat of our business, and we work really closely with them.

“We know this business is all about the relationships and it’s about saying a huge thank you to every single one of them.

“We’ve got a lot of partners here today, but we’ve also got a lot who are out there selling Celebrity Cruises today who can’t be with us, so it’s to say thank you, and recognise some outstanding achievements for 2025.”
