Additions expand operator’s collection across Majorca, Portugal, Puglia, Cannes, Corfu and Montenegro
Specialist operator CV Villas has added 60 properties to its portfolio for 2026.
The new additions are located across Europe, with villas in Majorca, the Algarve, Puglia, the Bay of Cannes, Corfu and Montenegro.
A number of the incoming properties are part of CV Villas’ Above collection of fully staffed, high-end homes.
Villa Kassi in Corfu has joined the Above portfolio and houses six bedrooms, a private gym, cinema room, infinity pool, padel court, landscaped gardens and multiple terraces overlooking the sea and nearby Albanian mountains.
In Portugal’s Algarve is Villa Mare Benagil – a four-bedroom villa with an infinity pool, outdoor jacuzzi and alfresco dining spaces overlooking the sea, along with a beach a short walk away.
The four-bedroom Villa Cezaire is situated in the Bay of Cannes, with open-plan living spaces and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the heated outdoor pool, landscaped gardens and surrounding countryside.
A new destination for CV Villas in 2025, Montenegro is the setting for Villa Jovana, a four-bedroom property in the Bay of Kotor with an infinity pool, private sauna and easy access to Kotor Old Town.
Many of the new villas are available between February and October or November following a 30% increase in the operator’s bookings for June and October and a 21% rise for September.
Managing director Pete Brudenell said: “The addition of these new properties to CV Villas’ collection marks an exciting development to our portfolio across both iconic and emerging destinations.
“The additions allow us to meet growing demand for space, privacy and exceptional service, while giving consumers even more choice for their 2026 travel and beyond. We encourage everyone to explore these new properties early and secure the best options for the year ahead.”
