One&Only to debut Courchevel property in 2030

Kerzner International has unveiled plans to open a One&Only property in Courchevel in 2030, signalling the brand’s “bold entrance” into the European luxury alpine market.  

Located in Courchevel 1850, the ski-in ski-out property will offer guests direct access to the renowned Bellecôte slope in the heart of The Three Valleys ski area.

It will comprise a mix of guest rooms and suites, as well as a collection of One&Only Private Homes.

A collection of restaurants, bars and lounges will bring “a vibrant sense of mountain living”, offering slope-side lunches, evening dining and après-ski experiences.

There will also be an “expansive” spa, featuring an indoor/outdoor wet circuit, thermal experiences, private treatment spaces, beauty and recovery facilities and dedicated relaxation areas.

The property will sit on the former site of the historic Courcheneige Hotel, which will undergo a “complete and thoughtful transformation” before reopening under the One&Only umbrella.

The opening marks a “significant milestone” in One&Only’s alpine strategy, following the opening of One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana last year.

Through this expansion, the brand is extending its “distinctive philosophy of immersive luxury resorts into iconic alpine environments”.
