Tool designed to ’improve productivity and find customers’
Not Just Travel has launched a “ground-breaking” AI platform for its homeworkers, claiming the tool offers access to technology that would typically cost other agents up to £300 per month.
The NJT Smart AI tool was unveiled at the agency’s New Year New Start event (January 2-4) and is designed to help consultants improve productivity, create engaging social content and even help find customers.
Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel, said: “Our view on AI has been crystal clear. This isn’t about replacing travel consultants, it’s about supercharging them.
“What we’ve launched with our groundbreaking NJT Smart AI is, quite simply, the most forward-thinking strategy I’ve seen from any homeworking travel organisation.
“We deliberately didn’t build yet another search engine or booking platform; the world doesn’t need more of those.
“What it needs is smarter support for the people at the heart of travel in order to make them even more knowledgeable and efficient.
“NJT Smart AI is already packed with powerful features, with new capabilities landing almost weekly, and comparable tools would cost agents anywhere from £99 to £300 a month.”
Witt added: “We’ve made a very significant investment in AI and chosen to give it to our consultants completely free, because when they grow, we grow.
“The tool has been developed using pioneering AI technology, but combines travel industry knowledge and the secret sauce that has made Not Just Travel the UK’s number one homeworking business.”
More than 350 travel consultants and corporate team members joined 50 trade partners for the New Year New Start event at the De Vere Cotswold Waterpark in Cirencester.
The event featured training sessions focused on peaks, with keynote speakers from Abta and TProfile, as well as key sessions from suppliers including Gold Medal and Tui.
