Nautica Collective has launched its first set of itineraries for ‘discerning travellers in their late 20s and over’
A new yacht operator has unveiled its first collection of itineraries, designed specifically for millennials.
Nautica Collective aims to provide “a new category of travel between ultra-luxury charters and party cruises” for the millennial traveller.
The operator launched its first set of Europe and Caribbean-based itineraries on June 11, including an eight-day sailing around the British Virgin Islands and four days on the coast of Majorca. It also plans to introduce a Norway sail-to-ski trip for 2026.
Nautica Collective was founded by Geraint Harmer and Lucy Greenhill, who have a combined 40 years of experience in the travel industry working for brands such as Culture Trip and Yacht Week. They will target clients “in their late 20s and over, who are seeking a more refined yachting experience without the barriers of the superyacht world”.
Every Nautica Collective sailing will include the services of a captain, host and onboard chef. Each yacht will have space for 10 guests, but itineraries will bring together a flotilla of five vessels so clients will travel with a wider party.
The operator’s co-founder Lucy Greenhill said: “After many years working in yachting, I saw first-hand how rigid the industry had become, geared either towards ultra-wealthy private charters or party-fuelled group trips.
“Nautica Collective was born from a desire to shake things up. As we moved into our 30s, we couldn’t find a sailing experience that blended high-end design, meaningful connection and a spirit of adventure – without the prohibitive price tag. So, we created it.”
Greenhill’s business partner and the operator’s co-founder, Geraint Harmer, added: “We’re proud to be pioneering a new travel category of curated, group-based yachting experiences that combine connection culture and a deep sense of discovery. We can’t wait to welcome our first guests on board.”
Nautica Collective sailings lead in at £1,795 per person and include all onboard food and beverages and specified activities.
