Abercrombie & Kent launches flexible deposit policy

Luxury tour operator Abercrombie & Kent has launched a new flexible deposit policy to give agents and clients “greater confidence” when making 2026 travel plans.

Bookings made by June 30 for a 2026 trip will benefit from the scheme.

Through the policy, clients will be able to transfer their deposit to a new booking within 12 months of the original departure date if their plans change prior to making final payment. There will be no penalty charge for the changes.

The imitative reflects “growing demand for flexibility” as travellers continue to plan further ahead.

The brand said: “The new policy is intended to give both advisors and clients greater confidence to commit to travel plans earlier, knowing there is added flexibility built into the booking.”
