Arrivals from the UK up 13% year-on-year
The Caribbean island of St Kitts welcomed 46,641 tourists in the first quarter of 2025 – a 15% year-on-year increase from 2024.
The 2024-25 peak season also surpassed pre-pandemic figures, with 78,077 tourists visiting the destination, according to the St Kitts Tourism Authority.
From October 2024 to April 2025, 748,056 tourists also docked in St Kitts while on cruises – an 8.4% increase from the previous season.
Arrivals from the UK specifically grew, with Q1 numbers increasing by 13% year-on-year.
February was a particularly popular month for UK tourists to visit St Kitts, with a 27% increase in visitors compared with February 2024.
Minister of tourism Marsha T Henderson said: “We’re not just growing numbers – we’re building a tourism industry that is resilient, inclusive and proudly Kittitian.
“Together, with our public and private sector partners, we are raising the bar and raising our people. Every new flight, every satisfied visitor, every local business empowered – that is the future we are working toward.”
