Preferred Hotels & Resorts welcomed 14 properties to its portfolio between July and September this year.
Highlights include newly renovated beachside resort Don Carlos Marbella - which features four dining venues, a Don Carlos spa and Spain’s first Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre - and Backstage Hotel Stockholm, set in the city’s "entertainment hub", which combines historical influences with contemporary art across 57 rooms.
Other European hotels to join the collection include Altis Porto Hotel in Portugal, Hotel Cristoforo Colombo in Milan, Serras Sevilla in Spain and Rome’s Trastevere Roma Una Esperienze.
In Mexico, Preferred Hotels & Resorts has added Bon Park Hotel at VidantaWorld Nuevo Vallarta and Jungala Park Hotel at VidantaWorld Riviera Maya. Bon Park Hotel at VidantaWorld Nuevo Vallarta, on the country’s Pacific coast, provides access to three golf courses, spa treatments, private beach access and multiple dining and nightlife options, as well as the Bon Luxury Theme Park, due to open in winter 2026.
Newly added properties in the United States include The Sun Rose West Hollywood; 27 North and Bernardus Lodge & Spa, both in California; and New York’s Pridwin Hotel and Cottages.
Elsewhere, Paru Boutique Hotel in Brazil and Vivienda Residence in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia have been inducted into the portfolio.
