Priorities for next year include AI integration and new service offerings
Not Just Travel staff attended the homeworking agency’s largest ever corporate summit on December 9 to discuss expansion and recruitment plans for 2026.
Priorities for next year include AI integration, new service offerings, team expansion and enhanced benefits for the corporate team.
The event comes before Not Just Travel’s in-person New Year New Start event for homeworkers on January 3-4, designed to prepare them for peaks.
Steve Witt, Not Just Travel co-founder, said: “Our biggest-ever team event reflects where we are as a business and where we’re heading in 2026.
“We’re a people-first organisation built on collaborative partnerships, and bringing our team together to share our vision and celebrate our successes demonstrates our commitment to that principle.
"We already offer one of the best benefits packages available in the industry, and we’re excited to enhance that even further.
“Our sales stats show that when we invest in our people and partnerships, everyone succeeds.”
The event included the recognition of “outstanding” team members who have demonstrated “exceptional” performance throughout the year.
Emma Lawson (pictured), customer experience manager, won the NJT Spirit Award for her “positivity, empathy and unwavering commitment” to supporting travel consultants, colleagues and customers.
Linzey Levene, post booking manager, won NJT’s Leadership Award in recognition of her “strong, inspiring” leadership and “unwavering dedication and genuine care” for her people.
Witt commented: “Emma and Linzey embody the very best of Not Just Travel. Emma’s calm, reassuring approach and above-and-beyond dedication make her a trusted source of support across the business.
“Linzey is a true role model, known for her resilience, compassion and willingness to support anyone who needs her, even beyond her own department.”
Further announcements will be unveiled at the January New Year events, where NJT consultants will hear about the agency’s peaks campaign and plans for 2026.
