Hotel will mark group’s third Spanish outpost
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has unveiled plans to open a property in Seville in 2028.
Set in the city centre on Plaza Nueva, Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla will occupy a landmark 20th-century building in the Arenal Quarter.
Following a “complete revitalisation”, the hotel will offer approximately 55 rooms across five storeys, including one Presidential Suite.
It will also feature three new dining and drinking venues: a street-level restaurant; a rooftop restaurant and bar; and a ground-floor lounge.
Other amenities will include a spa, fitness centre and rooftop swimming pool.
Guests will have easy access to the Unesco World Heritage Sites of Sevilla Cathedral, Archivo de Indias and Royal Alcázar.
Four Seasons president and chief executive Alejandro Reynal said: “Sevilla is a city defined by its culture, history and beauty, and it is a privilege to introduce Four Seasons to this remarkable destination as we continue to build our unique portfolio of luxury experiences globally.”
Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla will become the brand’s third Spanish outpost, joining properties in Madrid and Majorca.
