An 80-key hotel will be located in Muscat
Nobu Hospitality is set to expand its portfolio in the Middle East with a property in Oman.
Set on Yitti Beach in Muscat, Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences Muscat will feature an 80-room hotel, signature Nobu restaurant and a number of branded residences.
There will also be a spa, fitness facilities, multiple swimming pools and a Nobu beach club.
The project marks the brand’s second property in partnership with high-end real estate developer Enevoria Development, following the announcement of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences Al Marjan Island in the United Arab Emirates.
Opening dates for both properties is yet to be announced.
Additional upcoming Nobu properties in the Middle East include Nobu Hotel Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia, which is expected to open this year, and Nobu Hotel New Cairo in Egypt, slated for 2027.
Trevor Horwell, chief executive of Nobu, said: “We are incredibly proud to continue our partnership with Enevoria Development, alongside Omran Group, on this second landmark mixed-use project. Oman is truly a special destination, offering an extraordinary blend of natural beauty, warm hospitality and cultural depth. We are excited to expand our global footprint and strengthen our leadership in mixed-use developments, as we embrace a new era in luxury real estate.”
