W Hotels to open property in Sardinia this summer

W Hotels is set to open a hotel in Sardinia this August.

W Sardinia – Poltu Quatu will be located on the northeast coast of the island between Porto Cervo and Baia Sardinia, and opposite the archipelago of La Maddalena.

The property will feature 154 rooms and suites, as well as several food and beverage venues including seafood restaurant Tanit, a beach club and signature W lounge.

There will also be a poolside wet deck, the brand’s Away spa and a fitness centre.

The design of the hotel is said to “bring to life the rich history of the island” with “pastel natural colours and handcrafted wood and stone elements” that are “reimagined with a bold twist”.

W Sardinia – Poltu Quatu is accepting bookings from August 19.
