Updates include complimentary transfers for luxury bookings and ‘strict policy enforcement’ on guest’s last booking channel
Sani/Ikos Group has announced a series of updates for the 2026 season designed to reinforce its commitment to the travel trade.
Effective immediately, complimentary transfers will be included for all new 2026 guest bookings for Sani Suite Collection (SSC) and Ikos Deluxe Collection (IDLX) accommodations across all booking channels, including trade partners.
This inclusion will be backdated for any existing SSC or IDLX bookings for the 2026 season.
The group has also reasserted its commitment to guest’s last booking channel by introducing “tighter internal rulesets around [booking] channels and strict policy enforcement”.
A statement said: “Sani/Ikos Group reaffirms that we do not try to migrate customers across booking channels. Trade partners remain a core part of the brand’s success, and their business will continue to be respected and protected even more through tighter internal rulesets around channels and strict policy enforcement.”
To support this, the brand is in the process of establishing a dedicated independent support team to ensure parity between trade and direct bookings.
The statement continued: “Should a trade partner believe that pricing or policy parity has not been upheld against their customers, they are encouraged to report it. If confirmed that customers have been unfairly migrated, Sani/Ikos Group will ensure appropriate resolution is reached with the partner.”
Sani/Ikos Group said the latest initiatives demonstrate its “commitment to fostering strong and transparent relations with our trusted partners” and “build off the back of an impressive sales trajectory for the 2026 season”.
The recent launch of Ikos Kissamos (pictured) – the brand’s first resort in Crete, set to open in April 2026 – delivered the strongest sales performance for a new resort in the group’s history.
The company previously indicated it was working on updated trade policies after some agent partners questioned the consistency of its trade offering against its direct business.
Regional director of sales and marketing Lee Barker said: "These measures are part of our ongoing strategy to build stronger, more transparent partnerships with the travel trade.
“We are committed to ensuring that all partners are confident that their clients receive exceptional service and value. We remain focused on growing UK trade business which is key to our success.”
