Kerzner International brand Siro to expand into US

Kerzner International’s fitness-focused brand Siro is set to open its first US property in 2030.

Siro Brickell, Miami will house up to 180 rooms and suites, as well as 350 Siro Homes. It will also feature the brand’s signature Fitness Lab and Recovery Lab.

The opening will “reinforce Siro’s mission to redefine hospitality through fitness, recovery and purpose-driven living”.

Siro Brickell, Miami joins the brand’s recent openings of Siro One Za’abeel in Dubai and Siro Boka Place in Montenegro, as well as upcoming projects in Mexico, Saudi Arabia and Japan.

Philippe Zuber, Kerzner International’s chief executive, said: “Siro is our disrupter brand and has been designed to meet the evolving demands of a new generation of travellers who prioritise wellbeing, performance and purpose.

“Siro is on a global rapid trajectory, strategically targeting the world’s most dynamic cities, and Miami is the perfect stage for that.”

The company’s president of real estate, Juan Aguilar, added: “Miami represents a pivotal milestone for the growth of Siro, and Brickell is the natural choice for our first Siro US location, as one of the most exciting real estate markets in the world.

“With Siro Brickell, Miami, we are not just building a hotel, we are shaping a new destination that blends hospitality, branded residences and wellness facilities into one integrated experience, setting a new standard for urban living.”

The property joins Kerzner International’s pipeline of upcoming launches in the US, including One&Only Moonlight Basin Resort and Private Homes in Montana, set to open in November, and a new project underway in New York.
