Ikos Kissamos will mark the brand’s eighth resort in Greece and Spain
Bookings have opened for Ikos Resorts’ first property in Crete ahead of its launch in April 2026.
Ikos Kissamos will mark the brand’s eighth all-inclusive resort in Greece and Spain.
The 414-key property is located in the Chania region of Crete along Kissamos Bay, 45 minutes from the airport. Nearby attractions include Balos Lagoon Beach, the port of Falasarna and Samaria Gorge, one of Europe’s premier hiking destinations.
The resort is pursuing Leed Gold certification for Building Design and Construction and is being developed in line with the brand’s ‘green standards’, which include a net-zero carbon emission plan for 2030, the elimination of single-use plastics, zero waste to landfill, 100% water reuse and organic waste composting.
Ikos Resorts has invested a reported €150 million into the property, claiming the project represents the “most significant luxury hotel development on Crete”.
Rates at Ikos Kissamos start at €429 per night for a Superior Double Room on an all-inclusive basis.
