Penny Naoum to launch her own consultancy called Penny’s Serendipity House
Domes Resorts’ director of sales and marketing for the UK and Ireland Penny Naoum is set to leave the brand to launch her own venture.
Naoum leaves the luxury hotel group after nearly six years to set up her own consultancy, Penny’s Serendipity House, which will see her continue to work with the industry but also expand into education and publishing.
The business will have three pillars, with the first being a consultancy offering strategic business, sales, marketing, PR, HR and accountancy advice and support for brands in the tourism industry.
It will also boast a professional education platform, Learn From Penny, aimed at the next generation of tourism and hospitality leaders.
The third, Penny’s Serendipity Publishing, will focus on empowerment and inner wellness.
Naoum described her departure from Domes Resorts a "very unexpected" but said she was prepared to leave her comfort zone to make a go of her new business.
She said: “Although my departure from Domes was very unexpected, I’m a strong believer that everything happens for a reason.
“When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade — and that’s exactly what I’m doing. I’ve always been ready, but sometimes you need to step outside your comfort zone to truly grow.”
She added: “Penny’s Serendipity House is where strategy meets soul — it’s about empowering brands and people to grow with authenticity, purpose, and innovation.”
The consultancy marks the next chapter for Naoum, whose career spans more than 20 years across tourism, brand development, HR, and accountancy.
She joined Domes Resorts in 2020 as senior sales, marketing and development manager for the UK and Ireland, leading the brand’s entry into the Irish market. Earlier this year she was promoted to sales and marketing director.
