Suites available to book this summer ahead of Como hotel rebrand in 2026
Como Hotels & Resorts has acquired Le Beauvallon in Saint Tropez, one of the original belle époque palaces on the French Riviera.
The property first opened as a hotel in 1914, welcoming famous guests including F. Scott Fitzgerald, Sir Winston Churchill and Audrey Hepburn, and served as a hospital during World War I. For the last nine years it has operated as a private, exclusive-use events venue.
The property will reopen this summer for individual guest stays between July 1 and October 31 ahead of a full relaunch as Como Le Beauvallon in 2026.
The palace is set within 10 acres of gardens and terraces, with a private pontoon for yacht tenders and the Golf Club de Beauvallon next door.
The property features 25 suites and a Mediterranean beach club, which will offer an Asian-Mediterranean fusion menu for summer 2025.
The 2026 reopening of Le Beauvallon will see the launch of culinary concepts from renowned chef Yannick Alléno.
Olivier Jolivet, chief executive at Como Hotels & Resorts, said: “When we open Como Le Beauvallon in 2026, it will be a key milestone for the brand to operate in one of the most exclusive destinations in the world. Each of our hotels are defined by their prime position, from Mayfair to the Unesco-protected Alpe di Siusi.”
