Newly refurbished Dolomites hotel will reopen on July 24
Aman Rosa Alpina in Italy’s Dolomites is now open for bookings ahead of its reopening on July 24.
The former Rosa Alpina hotel has undergone an extensive refurbishment after being acquired by Aman in 2020.
All rooms and suites and shared spaces have been transformed, with modern amenities added while preserving the property’s traditional timber and natural stone accents.
Two 150-square-metre Aman Suites have been added to the property, alongside the renovated 280-square-metre Chalet Zeno, which can sleep four.
A double-height arrival space with a bespoke bar has been introduced, inspired by the original piano bar.
Several new food and beverage locations have also been added, including an Italian grill, an all-day tea and cocktail lounge, an evening cigar room and a wine library. An additional Japanese restaurant is expected to open in the winter.
The newly built Aman Spa features an outdoor pool, two indoor pools, a Jacuzzi and a comprehensive treatment menu.
Elsewhere, guests will find the Ski Lounge with curated equipment rental, and two private mountain cabins providing chef-crafted meals and guided hikes.
Vlad Doronin, chairman and chief executive of Aman Group, said: “The reimagining of Rosa Alpina as Aman Rosa Alpina marks a meaningful chapter for our brand. The decision to partner and invest in the hotel was not only inspired by its unmatched location in the heart of the Dolomites, but to create a sanctuary that reflects both the culture of the region and the essence of Aman, through intuitive service, ultimate privacy and exclusive experiences.”
