Janu Al Marjan Island joins brand’s global pipeline of openings
Aman Group is set to expand the footprint of its sister brand Janu with the opening of a second property in the UAE.
Janu Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah will feature a 132-key hotel, as well as a Janu Wellness Centre with a gym, yoga studio, banya steam bath and hammam.
The property will also house two restaurants, a Mixology Bar, nightlife venue and kids’ club. Guests will also have access to a private beach, beach club and pool.
Adjacent to the hotel will be a residential tower with one to five-bedroom Janu Residences, alongside a collection of villas.
Chairman and chief executive of Aman Group Vald Doronin said: “Ras Al Khaimah is rapidly emerging as one of the Middle East’s most captivating destinations, making it the natural home for our next Janu property.
“Janu Al Marjan Island will offer a vibrant setting where like-minded individuals can connect through shared experiences, immerse themselves in the region’s striking natural beauty and embrace the brand’s spirited approach to contemporary, connected living.”
Janu Al Marjan Island joins the brand’s global pipeline of projects, with properties in Dubai, the Turks and Caicos Islands and Saudi Arabia set to join Janu’s inaugural hotel in Tokyo, which opened last year.
The opening date of Janu Al Marjan Island is yet to be confirmed.
