Operator to add seven new destinations as it expands to new markets
Cox & Kings is set to add 20 small-group tours to its portfolio in September.
Marking the operator’s largest-ever single product launch, the collection has been designed to appeal to the brand’s new markets and expanding customer base.
Alongside its upcoming expansion to the US and Australia, the company conducted research which identified a growing audience of “active explorers”, which refers to “recently retired travellers aged 50 to 70 seeking to experience destinations through action, not just storytelling.”
The collection will include longer itineraries and extended existing tours in seven new destinations, such as Algeria, Benin, Ghana and North America.
There will also be journeys spanning Bhutan, the Balkans, the Pacific Northwest and the UK and Ireland.
A highlight includes a 22-night Grand Tour of Central Asia, which will travel across the Silk Road, featuring Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
More details about the collection will be announced in the coming months.
In addition, Cox & Kings will unveil a range of tailor-made tours across Australasia and the UK and Ireland in 2027.
Small-group tours across Australasia will be added in 2028.
