All individual agents working for selected partners are eligible to participate. Registration is only for individuals, companies and teams may not participate as a group.

Visit https://oneandonlyincentives.com to register. Once complete, your registration will be validated, and you will receive an email confirmation.

Rewards are earned by booking any One&Only Resort. For each booking confirmed and stayed, 1-point is earned for each room night. Points can be redeemed at 10-point increments (10, 20, 30 etc.) as your balance of points grows.

The rewards are online Amazon vouchers that will be issued to you electronically once you have requested to redeem them on your personal dashboard. Note that no cash alternative is available.

Rewards will be distributed on quarterly basis by your regional contact.

Each booking you make at a One&Only Resort must be logged into the portal. Once a booking is logged, the status of the booking will show as Pending, awaiting validation. Bookings are approved once the stay has been fulfilled.

Most commonly, bookings are declined due to guest cancellation or guest no-show. However, bookings may be declined for rewards for a number of other reasons, which will be indicated. Only bookings using retail, wholesale or contracted rates are eligible for points.

Bookings using travel agency employee rates, airline rates, group rates or specifically negotiated rates are not eligible for points.
