The Holiday Fixer recruits business development manager to support growth plans

Luxury homeworking agency The Holiday Fixer has appointed its first business development manager to support “strategic growth plans”.

Nicola Killen joins from tailor-made operator Exsus Travel where was a senior worldwide travel expert for just under two years.

Killen has more than 30 years of experience in the luxury travel industry, with previous positions at companies including Elegant Resorts, Eden Luxury Travel and Inspiring Travel.

In her new role, Killen will focus on expanding The Holiday Fixer’s portfolio of luxury travel partners, “unlocking” new business opportunities and supporting the agency’s team of 23 homeworkers.

The Holiday Fixer founder Britt-Marie Monks said: “Nicola brings a wealth of knowledge, deep industry relationships and a passion for delivering unforgettable, tailor-made experiences.
