Swan Hellenic introduces group travel programme

Swan Hellenic has introduced a group travel programme, offering agents additional commission of 2-4%.

Groups of eight passengers or more qualify for the programme, and there are further benefits such as protected pricing and flexible amenity options.

The initiative has a reduced tour leader threshold and no initial deposit required to hold the group space.

It is designed with celebration voyages, affinity travel and corporate events in mind.

Passengers in the programme will receive a package which will include all meals, most drinks, gratuities, Wi-Fi and excursions, and many expeditions will also feature group return transfers and pre-cruise hotel rooms.

Agents can also customise their clients’ experiences with special dinners, cocktail receptions and curated private group excursions, onboard credit, private events and premium gifts.

The programme is now available for all 2025 to 2027 voyages.
