Brand’s first UK hotel will be located in Mayfair
St Regis has confirmed its first UK property will open in London’s Mayfair this autumn.
Originally scheduled to open in 2023, St Regis London will be housed in the former Westbury Mayfair Hotel, located on the corner of Bond Street and Conduit Street.
The property has undergone a £90 million refurbishment, including the addition of new floors, expanded public spaces and two dedicated wellness suites.
The hotel will feature 127 rooms and 66 suites, including a 150-square-metre Penthouse Suite with a private terrace and 360-degree panoramic views of the city.
The property will debut with all-day French brasserie Le Perroquet by celebrated chef Daniel Rose, marking his first restaurant in London.
There will be more than 1,000 pieces of art displayed across the hotel’s rooms, suites and public spaces, curated by Lee Alexander McQueen’s creative foundation Sarabande Foundation’s House of Bandits.
General manager Marco Novella said: “The St Regis London is set to become the city’s newest cultural heartbeat and gathering place. In the heart of Mayfair, we have created a destination where timeless rituals are reimagined for today’s global luminaries.
“Returning to the roots of true luxury, which is considered and personal, every Host at St Regis London is committed to intuitive service, as we prepare to open our doors at this distinguished address.”
