Upgrade introduces new features including Epicurean Enrichment Studio
Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Seven Seas Voyager has returned to service after a 25-day, multi-million-dollar dry-dock refurbishment in Marseille.
The 698-passenger ultra-luxury vessel set sail on May 21 for a 12-night Eastern Mediterranean Gems voyage from Barcelona to Athens, featuring calls in Croatia, Montenegro and the Greek Islands.
The upgrade introduces several new features to the ship to match sister vessel Seven Seas Mariner, which underwent a similar transformation last year.
A major addition is the new Epicurean Enrichment Studio, designed to bring “immersive, hands-on culinary experiences” to guests.
Elsewhere, a poolside pizzeria concept has been added while Coffee Connection has been relocated to a more central location on deck five.
Enhancements have been made to the vessel’s public spaces, including the Atrium and the Library, while the ship’s top-tier accommodation including Signature, Grand, Voyager and Seven Seas has been overhauled.
Following its inaugural post-refurbishment cruise, Seven Seas Voyager is scheduled to spend the upcoming season operating a series of itineraries across the Mediterranean and Northern Europe.
President Wesley D’Silva said: “The transformation of Seven Seas Voyager marks another exciting milestone for Regent, as we further elevate the standard of all-inclusive, ultra-luxury cruising across the fleet.
“From enhanced dining venues and immersive new culinary experiences to beautifully redesigned suites, every element of the refurbishment has been carefully considered to enrich the guest experience while preserving the warmth and elegance our guests know and love about Seven Seas Voyager.”
