Line will host webinars, host quizzes and give out prizes
Seabourn will host an Alaska Showcase initiative for agents during September, following the success of its Expedition Month earlier this year.
During the destination-focused month, the line will put on two expert-led webinars, send out newsletters with selling tips, host quizzes and hand out spot prizes on social media.
Agents will also have the chance to earn up to £200 in Amazon vouchers when they make new Alaska bookings between September 1 and 30.
Eligible bookings are for 2026 and 2027 departures, with £100 per veranda suite bookings and £200 for premium suites.
The webinars will take place at 9am on September 9 and 4pm on September 16.
The first will be with vice-president and general manager for expeditions Robin West, who will talk about Seabourn’s ultra-luxury experience, Seabourn Venture’s programme Alaska and the expedition team.
The second will be with senior director for sales enablement Bill Fletcher, who will focus on his experience and knowledge of the region and his time working onboard Seabourn ships as an expedition and Zodiac guide.
Agents are encouraged to register for the webinars ahead of time.
Seabourn UK and EMEA vice-president Lynn Narraway said: “Following the success and overwhelming agent engagement from our recent Expedition Month in June, we decided to create an Alaska Showcase using a similar format – with in-depth learning opportunities, collateral, selling tips and a value-added incentive, where agent partners can win up to £200 per booking in Amazon Vouchers.
“The timing is perfect since our Alaska showcase will run alongside Clia Cruise week, which starts September 15.”
West added: “Wherever we travel, our focus is always on curating immersive, one-of-a-kind adventures for our guests, and Alaska is no exception, where in summer 2026, we will offer a small-ship, ultra-luxury experience onboard Seabourn Encore, which features just 300 veranda suites.
“Our expedition team’s passion for the region is truly infectious. They are eager to share their expertise and offer guests a deeper connection to Alaska, revealing what makes it such a captivating and unforgettable destination."
