Additions span Turkey, France, the US, Mexico and Belize
Luxury hotel association Relais & Châteaux has added nine new members to its portfolio.
The additions, including eight properties and one restaurant, span Turkey, France, the US, Mexico and Belize, with each “reflecting the brand’s vision of meaningful hospitality and its dedication to creating distinctive, memorable experiences”.
Among the newcomers is 17-key Prana Maya Island Resort in Belize, which also features a restaurant centred around farm and sea-to-table cuisine, and El Cortés in Mexico City, comprising nine rooms, six suites and Mexican-inspired dining venue.
Other additions include KeyUrla in Turkey, Hôtel Saint-Georges in Megève and Jashita Hotel (pictured) in Tulum.
Two-Michelin-starred La Fourchette des Ducs in France has also joined the portfolio, offering 30 seats and food and wine pairings.
The new members illustrate Relais & Châteaux’s “extensive presence across the globe” and its “values and vision of hospitality”.
The association’s president Laurent Gardinier said: “Our association is firmly committed to a sustainable path so as to contribute, through cuisine and hospitality, to building a more humane and united world, in harmony with living things.
“It is an honour for me to welcome these nine new members to Relais & Châteaux, properties that share not only our values, but our passion for goodness and beauty.”
