The move follows three acquisitions made by the villa specialist last year
Oliver’s Travels has secured its first-ever loan facility from Santander as part of the luxury villa specialist’s “ambitious” expansion plans.
The deal follows a “landmark” year for the operator in 2024, which saw it make three acquisitions. It expanded its portfolio with the addition of France-based rental companies Charming Houses and Homes and Provence, as well as Balearic specialist Menorca Private Owners.
The operator has “further acquisitions planned” as part of an “ambitious” strategy.
Co-founder of Oliver’s Travels Oliver Bell said: “We’re thrilled to have secured our first loan from Santander as part of our ongoing growth strategy.
“Following three successful acquisitions last year, and more in the pipeline, this marks a significant milestone that empowers us to scale faster and pursue new opportunities with confidence.”
David Muse, director of growth capital at Santander, added: “We’re delighted to support Oliver’s Travels with funding for its international expansion plans that will help the business grow its portfolio of luxury holiday rental properties in new locations.”
