Expansion will add 331 properties to villa specialist’s portfolio
Oliver’s Travels has made its “largest acquisition to date” with the addition of French holiday home rental company Pure France.
The expansion will see the villa specialist add 331 properties across France, expanding its portfolio in “its strongest destination” to more than 1,600 homes.
The company’s co-founder Oliver Bell said: “France has always been at the heart of Oliver’s Travels, as it was the destination where Ravi [Sabharwal, co-founder] and I first began curating châteaux for our guests – and it has remained a firm favourite ever since.
“To now welcome Pure France into our family feels like a natural and exciting next step in our acquisition journey. Their deep local expertise, long-standing reputation and shared passion for delivering exceptional stays align perfectly with our vision.
“This partnership not only reinforces our commitment to France but also represents another important milestone in building a portfolio with trusted specialists who truly know their destinations.”
Hugh Atkins, co-founder of Pure France, added: “We have long been admirers of Oliver’s Travels and the extent of what they have achieved in a relatively short period of time.
“This combination will bring together decades of expertise, a wider selection of exclusive properties and an even greater commitment to delivering extraordinary experiences. Together, we’ll set a new benchmark for high-quality self-catering holiday rentals in France.”
The move follows a series of acquisitions made by the villa specialist, including French-based companies Charming Houses and Homes & Provence, as well as Spanish rental operator Menorca Private Owners.
