Stephen Rowan brings more than 20 years’ experience in sales leadership and performance transformation
Homeworking agency Not Just Travel has appointed Stephen Rowan to lead its internal training division.
His newly-created role as head of university aims to enhance the learning journey for agents and help them scale successful travel businesses.
Rowan brings more than 20 years’ experience in sales leadership and performance transformation across a range of industries including tech start-ups to and global multinationals.
He is also the author of ‘Sales Made Personal’, a bestselling book that explores the psychology of sales and communication.
Rowan joins NJT from Dragon Sales Solutions, where he was the architect behind a sales education platform.
Rowan said: “This role is about helping travel consultants take their businesses to the next level. It’s the perfect convergence of everything I’m passionate about.
“I’m excited to join a company with such a strong culture and values.
