Fleet to visit all seven continents with additional departures in top destinations
Bookings are open for National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions’ 2027-28 voyages.
The fleet of 23 owned and chartered vessels will visit all seven continents with itineraries “designed to connect curious travellers with wildlife, wild places and local communities” in “authentic, enriching and respectful ways".
National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions will offer more options in the Galápagos archipelago on its four-ship fleet, including the newly acquired 16-passenger catamaran National Geographic Delfina and the 48-passenger National Geographic Gemini.
The co-brand will also return to the Oceania region for the first time in two years with expeditions on National Geographic Resolution, including the 11-day Pearls of the Pacific: The Society & Tuamotu Islands, and will return to Easter Island after four years with the 18-day Easter Island to Tahiti: Tales of the Pacific.
In Alaska, National Geographic Quest and National Geographic Venture will operate additional departures of the eight-day Alaska’s Inside Passage, 11-day Voyage to the Great Bear Rainforest and 14- and 15-day Treasures of the Inside Passage itineraries.
There will be added departures for the 16-day Coastal Japan: Imperial Dynasties & Modern Culture itinerary, with the operator visiting castle towns of the Edo Period, shrines and merchant districts of the Meiji era and World War II sites.
A range of itineraries will be offered in Europe and the Mediterranean “designed to reframe” traditional European cruising, with highlights including an eight-day Islands of the Azores: Basalt Peaks to Volcanic Vineyards and the eight-day Ancient Mediterranean: Exploring Greece, Croatia & Albania.
Prices for 2027 lead in at £3,013 per person for the six-day Baja California: Observing the Whales of Magdalena Bay expedition.
Prices for 2028 start from £3,463 per person for the six-day Exploring Costa Rica: Guanacaste, Santa Rosa and Rincon de la Vieja expedition.
