Four Seasons to expand portfolio in UAE

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is to assume management of a beachfront hotel in the UAE city of Ajman.

Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah will open in 2026 following extensive refurbishment that will reimagine the rooms and suites and introduce new facilities.  

The property will feature 23 villas and 74 guestrooms and suites, each with private terraces overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

The renovation will also see the addition of a new spa, fitness centre and multiple dining venues, including an open-air bar and grill and oceanfront Italian restaurant.

Located a 35-minute drive from Dubai airport on a private beach, the property will also feature three pools, including adult-only and dedicated children’s options. Guests will have access to the Kids For All Seasons programme, diving excursions and guided biodiversity excursions, as well as an 18-hole golf course a few minutes from the resort.

Additionally, there will be a number of event spaces including a ballroom, courtyard and meeting rooms.

Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah will join the brand’s portfolio of six properties across the UAE, including upcoming projects in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.
