The brand hosted 22 UK agents at Domes Noruz Kassandra in Halkidiki last month
Domes Resorts has reported an increase in bookings, video shares and enquiries after hosting a group of UK agents on a trip that was designed to “redefine the traditional fam”.
The brand took 22 agents to Domes Noruz Kassandra in Halkidiki last month for a four-day trip that “blended education, incentives and influencer-level activation”.
The experience was conceptualised by Domes’ director of sales and marketing Penny Naoum and business development manager Stewart Plumridge.
Naoum said they “turned agents into content creators, interview stars and Domes VIPs, combining sales incentives, experiential design and TikTok-ready storytelling”.
As part of the itinerary, the agents were interviewed by Plumridge on camera about their experience at the hotel, resulting in content that “captured genuine emotion and positioned agents not just as sellers, but as storytellers”.
The group were also paired up and tasked with filming short-form videos to promote the resort, with the winners receiving a three-night stay at any Domes property.
To aid their content creation, agents had full access to the group’s digital content library, as well as Instagram Reels and TikToks they could reshare on their platforms.
Reflecting on the success of the trip, Naoum said: “We’ve already seen bookings roll in, video shares go live and follow-up interest from more agents than we can accommodate.
“We didn’t just show them the resort – we turned them into Domes VIPs and gave them the stage. This was about making agents feel seen and equipped to sell – with memories, content and real stories to share.”
Plumridge added: “We helped agents bring out their inner influencer, and that empowerment is priceless. We don’t do fams to tick boxes – we do them to build partnerships.”
