The luxury operator will host trips across Europe, the Caribbean, Africa and the Middle East
Carrier has pledged to invest 20% more than last year into its 2025 fam trip programme.
The luxury operator has committed to spending “more than ever before” on its calendar of educationals to ensure agents have “the most up-to-date” product knowledge.
Selected agents will have the chance to join trips across Europe, the Caribbean, southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the US.
The operator will also host its first self-drive fam trip across Sardinia and Sicily in response to increased demand for itineraries of this type.
Lee Marshall, Carrier’s head of trade partnerships, said: “Our educationals are meticulously crafted with our product team’s expertise and the same level of thoughtfulness as the trips we create for clients. They are not about taking agents from one hotel to another, enduring endless site inspections and having zero trip to enjoy or learn about the destination they are in.
“Of course, hotel inspections are important, but our focus is on the experience rather than the product, allowing the agent to truly engage with their surroundings and people on the ground, have adequate free time to relax and participate in the excursions that are available for them to sell.”
“We’re investing more than ever, and our agent community can expect elevated educationals that truly offer value and will hopefully have an impact on them personally and professionally,” Marshall concluded.
