Revive helps agents ‘capitalise on demand for more purposeful travel’
Carrier has unveiled a collection of wellbeing-led travel experiences.
The Revive portfolio has been designed to “help agent partners capitalise on growing demand for more purposeful travel through a simpler, more outcome-focused approach to selling”.
Curated for both first-time and experienced wellness travellers, experiences and properties within the collection have been organised into three pillars: restore, designed for “recovery and recalibration”; reconnect, focused on “presence, relationships and shared experiences”; and renew, created for those “seeking fresh perspectives and lasting change”.
A statement from the operator said: “The framework allows agents to move beyond traditional discussions around spa facilities and wellness treatments, focusing instead on what a client wants to gain from their time away.
“By focusing on client motivations rather than wellness terminology, the collection helps agents broaden conversations beyond the traditional wellness audience and engage travellers who may not typically consider themselves wellness-focused.”
Carrier has developed a range of sales and marketing tools for advisor partners, including access to a bespoke microsite platform featuring agents’ branding, contact details and calls to action, as well as unbranded marketing assets, social media reels and digital banners.
Plus, Carrier’s head of trade partnerships Lee Marshall and the product team will host a webinar to “explore the collection in greater depth and provide practical guidance on positioning wellbeing travel with luxury clients”.
Carrier’s head of product, Rebecca Turner, said: “We’re seeing growing demand for travel experiences that support wellbeing, particularly among time-poor clients who are less interested in extensive programmes and more focused on outcomes.
“At the same time, the sheer volume of wellness messaging has made decision-making more complicated. Revive responds directly to that challenge by applying Carrier’s expertise in travel curation to wellbeing and framing it in a way that feels clear, accessible and grounded.”
She added: “For our agent partners, it creates a much simpler starting point. Rather than navigating countless wellness concepts and programmes, they can focus on understanding what a client wants to achieve and recommend experiences that align with those goals. It’s a significant opportunity.”
