Operator reports 45% of recent bookings were for winter sun breaks between October and March
Luxury tour operator Carrier has unveiled its latest brochure, designed to help agents “capture the expected surge in demand for winter escapes”.
Titled ‘Beach, bliss & then some’, the publication aims to help agents convert clients seeking late summer, autumn or winter sun breaks, as well as those planning ahead for 2026, which the operator is currently seeing bookings for.
The launch comes as a result of increased demand for this type of holiday, with 63% of recent Carrier bookings going to beach destinations and 45% focused on winter sun travel between October and March.
The guide features a range of well-known hotels as well as boutique and independent properties across destinations such as the Maldives, Barbados, Dubai, Madagascar and Zanzibar.
It also includes new additions to the operator’s portfolio, including Apes Hill Barbados, Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay in Morocco and Finolhu, A Seaside Collection Resort in the Maldives.
The brochure features a section on how agents can incorporate extra touches into bookings, prompted by the 21% year-on-year increase Carrier has seen in experience-led travel. Suggestions include choosing specific room types, booking immersive local-led experiences and selecting standout places to enjoy celebrations in order to “transform a beach holiday from simply luxurious to unforgettable”.
Alongside the launch of the brochure, the operator has introduced a marketing toolkit containing promotional assets such as window displays, social media content and a range of offers. Beach, bliss & then some has also been overbranded for a selection of agent partners to market directly to their clients.
Byanne Akbor, Carrier’s head of marketing, said: “In today’s saturated market, selling a beach holiday isn’t about ticking off a destination – it’s about crafting an experience that feels personal, elevated and unforgettable.
“The campaign strapline, ‘The beach is just the beginning’, captures the essence of what Carrier stands for. We’re not here to sell hotel rooms – we’re here to create moments that evoke joy, surprise and connection.
“For agents who want to stand apart, this campaign is their toolkit. Our connections unlock experiences others can’t. Our concierge-style approach means we’re the one-call solution for agents with clients who expect more. And our commitment to true customisation ensures no two bookings are ever the same.
"This is what beach done beautifully looks like.”
