The Selvedge, A SingleThread Inn set to debut in late 2026
Three-Michelin-star and three-Michelin-key SingleThread in California’s Sonoma County is set to open a second boutique property next year.
Due to launch in late 2026, The Selvedge, A SingleThread Inn in Healdsburg, Sonoma will feature nine rooms and one suite and operate on an all-inclusive bed-and-breakfast basis.
The hotel will incorporate a library, parlour, communal breakfast room, barista coffee bar and fitness centre, with an outdoor wellbeing programme also available.
Much of the decoration will be locally sourced but also inspired by the owners’ time living in England, with Victorian-style architecture, floral motifs and fireplaces.
The property, which was first built in 1895, will be surrounded by grounds featuring English-style rose and herb gardens set next to the nearby Russian River, as well as a wraparound porch.
Traditional British dining experiences including Sunday roasts and afternoon teas will also be on offer.
Tony Greenberg, co-owner and chief executive of SingleThread’s development team Vertice Hospitality, said: “The Selvedge will welcome guests who want to experience all that Sonoma has to offer with a new immersive and deeply meaningful bespoke hospitality experience, orchestrated by the SingleThread and Vertice team.
“Most importantly it continues our mission to foster deeper and more meaningful relationships with our guests, the local community, our team and wider global agricultural, culinary and hospitality communities.”
