Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi is expected to launch in 2030
Bvlgari has unveiled plans to expand its footprint in the Middle East with a new Abu Dhabi property set to open in 2030.
Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi will be located on a private island and accessible from the city via a purpose-built bridge or by sea.
The property will feature 60 guest rooms, including two Bvlgari Suites and a Bvlgari Penthouse, as well as 30 beachside villas with private pools. There will also be a five-bedroom Bvlgari Villa set within a private park with access to its own stretch of beach.
The residential part of the project will be composed of 90 private mansions and eight estates, each with a private beach area. A selection of mansions will feature a private dock that can accommodate boats up to 25 metres in length.
Elsewhere, the property will have a range of dining venues, including the brand’s signature Italian restaurant Il Caffé and Japanese dining concept Hōseki. Guests will also find a Bvlgari Bar and Bvlgari Spa, featuring a 25-metre pool, fitness centre and outdoor deck area.
Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi will also be home to a yacht club, with a private beach and a 40-berth marina. The club will also serve as the starting point for a variety of watersports, local area experiences and sea excursions.
Jean-Christophe Babin, Bvlgari’s chief executive, said: “With Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi, we continue our jeweller of hospitality magnificent journey of bringing Bvlgari’s distinctive elegance and craftmanship to the world’s most remarkable destinations.
“This project is a tribute to Abu Dhabi’s unique cultural identity, blending timeless sophistication with modern luxury.”
The property will be the brand’s second outpost in the Middle East, joining Bvlgari Resort Dubai.
