The launch ‘marks a milestone’ in the chauffeur company’s Middle East expansion
Global chauffeur company Blacklane has introduced a Platinum Class service.
Initially available in Dubai, the option offers transfers in Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II vehicles with professional chauffeurs. Each driver has completed training at the Blacklane Chauffeur Academy in Dubai to ensure “the highest standards of service to guests”.
The brand said the move “marks a new milestone in Blacklane’s expansion across the Middle East”.
The development follows the addition of a fleet of electric Mercedes Benz EQEs to Blacklane’s Dubai offering in March, alongside the introduction of electric vehicles in Saudi Arabia and new operations launching in Kuwait.
The group’s co-founder and chief executive Dr Jens Wohltorf said: “2025 has been a year of milestones for Blacklane in the Gulf Corporation Council (GCC) and we are hitting new achievements in luxury mobility month after month. Dubai is a city of opportunity and a fitting home for the first ever Rolls-Royce cars on our platform.
“Our investment is raising demand and excitement for first-class chauffeur services across the Middle East. I’m excited to plan the ambitious next phase of how our new Platinum Class comes to life around the world very soon.”
The Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II vehicles are now available for pre-booked journeys for clients visiting Dubai, including airport transfers.
