New appointments will be ‘key contacts’ for line’s trade partners
AmaWaterways has strengthened its marketing and commercial teams with two appointments.
Kate Norris will join the marketing team as marketing executive and will report to marketing manager Aimee Boschier.
She has previous roles at Happiful Magazine and Fourwalls Group and will be responsible for helping to implement UK marketing strategy and providing support to the wider team and agents.
Modupe Femi-Ogundele will join the commercial team as commercial manager to cover maternity leave for Sarah Le Goff.
She has 20 years of experience in the travel industry and has spent more than a decade at the Virgin Atlantic Lagos office.
Femi-Ogundele will be responsible for developing and managing commercial and promotional strategy for the luxury river operator, and supervising the agent support team.
She will report to managing director Jamie Loizou.
Both will be based at AmaWaterways’ Guildford office.
Loizou said: “We are delighted to welcome both Kate and Modupe to AmaWaterways.
“Both roles act as key contacts for our trade partners, whom we hope will see them as an invaluable part of the team.
“The addition of a new trade marketing focused role, demonstrates our continued commitment to working with our industry partners and offering them support in every area of their business.”
