Aman to launch first property in the Bahamas

Aman Group has unveiled plans to open its first property in the Bahamas.

Amancaya will be set across two of the Exumas’ private cays, comprising a 36-pavilion hotel and collection of fully serviced residences. The property will also feature a marina, beach club, Aman Spa and range of dining venues.  

The “low density ultra-luxury property” will be developed in partnership with Swiss investor Dona Bertarelli.

Amancaya, which means ‘peaceful island’ in the Indigenous Caribbean Taíno language, will be the brand’s third property in the region, joining Amanera in the Dominican Republic and Amanyara in Turks and Caicos.
