Accessible travel specialist launches Inclusive Luxury Hotels platform

Accessible travel company Inclu has unveiled a hotel discovery platform specifically for affluent disabled travellers.

Inclusive Luxury Hotels exclusively features high-end properties that have been, or are in the process of being, “comprehensively vetted” by the company. To reach Verified by IncluCare status, properties must complete Inclu’s “expert-led, four-step journey of evaluation, education and transformation”, which includes showcasing appropriate facilities and implementing educational programmes for staff.

The platform currently features 18 hotels and resorts across 10 countries, with the goal to expand the collection to more than 50 by the end of 2025.

The portfolio includes Amilla Maldives, the first property to receive a five-star IncluCare rating. This accreditation is awarded to providers who have demonstrated a minimum of 24 months’ continued development and delivery of “guest-inclusivity excellence”.

Other Verified by IncluCare properties include Ximuwu Lodge in South Africa (pictured), Euphoria Retreat in Greece and La Miniera Pool Villas Pattaya in Thailand.

The collection also features 11 hotels working towards verification, including Cloud Forest Lodge in Costa Rica, Luio Hotel in Turkey and Marachica Resort & Spa in Belize.
