Windstar Cruises has introduced a “Peace of Mind Promise” on selected 2026 and 2027 sailings to help boost customer confidence.

The new policy means passengers can cancel up to seven days before departure and receive “the majority of their cruise value” as a future cruise credit to make it easier to rebook.

Qualifying cruises are for departures through to March 31, 2027, and apply to new and existing bookings already under deposit.

Agents booking cruises for their customers can also secure an all-inclusive offer with Wi-Fi, gratuities and selected beverages until June 30.

Chief commercial officer Janet Bava said: “Travellers are paying close attention to the headlines as they plan their holidays, and advisors need flexibility and reassurance when helping clients book with confidence.

“Our new Peace of Mind programme gives guests the ability to secure today’s best offers while knowing their investment is protected through March 2027.

“From Alaska and the Mediterranean to French Polynesia, advisors can confidently match clients with the right sailing, backed by added booking flexibility and support.”
