Preferred Hotels & Resorts adds 18 member properties

Preferred Hotels & Resorts welcomed 18 properties to its portfolio between April and June this year.

 

The additions include new Texas property Green Pastures, which will open this autumn in Austin’s Bouldin Creek, featuring an outdoor pool, fitness centre and two restaurants with “elevated” Southern cuisine.

 

The organisation also welcomed Imlauer Hotel Schloss Pichlarn in Austria – a former 11^th-century castle offering an 18-hole golf course, wellness spa and “Alpine-Mediterranean” cuisine – and restored medieval fortress Castello di Velona Resort Thermal SPA & Winery in Tuscany’s Val d’Orcia, where guests can enjoy wine experiences, spa treatments, truffle hunting, hot air balloon rides and cooking classes.

 

Other new properties in Europe include Cala del Porto Punta Ala, Valtur Cervinia Cristallo Ski Resort and Savona 18 Suites in Italy; Epic Sana Algarve and The Editory Riverside Hotel in Portugal; Royal Hideaway Corales Villas in Spain; and Kivotos properties in Mykonos and Santorini. 

 

Farther afield, Preferred Hotels & Resorts has added Costa Rica’s Cala Luna Hotel Boutique & Villas, Mexico’s El Santuario Resort & Spa, Colombia’s Poblado Plaza Hotel, and Keswick Hall and The Charleston Place in the US to its portfolio.

 

In Asia, Amara Singapore and Himalayas Hotel Shanghai have joined the collection.
