Nobu to open three new hotel and restaurant locations

Nobu Hospitality is set to open Nobu Hotel and Restaurant outposts in Nashville, Tennessee; Baku, Azerbaijan; and Montenegro.

 

The ground floor of Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Nashville will be a Nobu restaurant, while the hotel above is set to feature 120 rooms and suites.

 

There will also be a casual lobby café, alongside a fitness centre and spa offering a wellness and relaxation experience. The rooftop infinity pool will showcase panoramic city views, with food and beverages available. 

 

The property will be situated in the “evolving” Oracle development in Nashville’s East Bank district, not far from the city’s downtown hub.

 

Both the Azerbaijan and Montenegro locations will be located within coastal Sea Breeze Resorts, both incorporating an 80-room hotel, 100 private residences and five bespoke villas centred around a Nobu restaurant.

 

Azerbaijan’s Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences Baku is set to feature a fitness centre and wellness spa, while Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences Montenegro will boast panoramic sea views and private waterfront access.

 

The design of all three outposts is set to combine modern elements with the brand’s “signature Japanese-inspired aesthetic”.

The scheduled opening dates of all three properties are yet to be announced.
