Kerzner to debut Atlantis and One&Only properties in Saudi Arabia

Kerzner International has unveiled plans to open an Atlantis Resort and Branded Residences and a One&Only Resort and Private Homes in Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah.

 

The hotels will form part of the wider Jeddah Central development (pictured) on the Red Sea waterfront, a 30-minute drive from the city’s airport.

 

Atlantis Jeddah will house 800 rooms and suites, a collection of branded residences and more than 20 dining concepts.

 

It will also feature the brand’s signature Aquaventure water park and Lost Chambers aquarium, as well as a holistic spa and event spaces.

 

The One&Only property will offer a community of private homes alongside its rooms and suites. There will also be seven speciality dining venues, curated activities and the brand’s Club One wellness centre.

 

The property is said to combine “immersive experiences, highly personalised service and unrivalled privacy for discerning residents and guests”.

 

Jeddah Central is a real-estate development “set to become a world-class destination that blends culture, tourism, entertainment and lifestyle”.

 

Other upcoming openings from Kerzner include the recently announced Atlantis The Royal, Maldives.
