1. Overview: This Educational Application Process is run by the South Australian Tourism Commission (‘SATC’), and is governed by these terms and conditions, and all information relating to this competition (including but not limited to how to enter and the nature of the prize) (‘Conditions’). By participating in this competition and/or accepting the Prize, you (the ‘individual’) are accepting these Conditions.
2. Selection Process: This application process is for the chance to join an Educational Famil to Adelaide and regional South Australia, through an OnlineApplication Form and Participant Selection Process there are three places available.
3.Eligibility: Subject to satisfaction of the criteria in this clause 3, any individual that completes the Online Application form will be put forward to the Participant Selection Process. A place on the Educational is only open to Personal Travel Advisors based in the United Kingdom [aged 18 years or older.]
4. Entry: One entry per person. The application period is 01 March – 31 May 2019. To enter, an individual must complete the online application form.
5. Participant Selection Process: All entries will be considered for a place on the Educational, this Participant Selection Process will be conducted by SATC and Aspire in June 2019. The three selected individuals will be contacted via email. The chosen Participants have seven days to accept a place on the Educational before it is offered to a new Participant. SATC will require the Selected Participants to verify their entry and provide acceptable proof of identity, age, and residency. In the event of the Selected Participant not complying with the Conditions the entry will be discarded and the next Participant will be considered.
6. Further Application Details: Each Participant will be selected at SATC’s discretion. The place on the Educational is non-transferrable, non-substitutable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The timing of the Educational is currently planned for September or October 2019. The final dates are determined by the South Australian Tourism Commission and Qantas and are subject to change. The full ground itinerary will be designed by the South Australian Tourism Commission and all participants are required to be present for the full itinerary. The international flights are agreed by the South Australian Tourism Commission and Qantas and are non-transferrable, non-substitutable, and cannot be altered, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Each Selected Participant will be required to formalize an Agreement with the South Australian Tourism Commission with a Code of Conduct.
7. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Individual hereby indemnifies and agrees to keep South Australian Tourism Commission and its associated agencies and companies fully and effectively indemnified from and against any loss, damage, claim, proceeding, liability, cost (including on a solicitor/client basis), or expense arising, or incurred by SATC and/or its associated agencies and companies in connection with this Educational Place. SATC accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Educational Place value.
8. Personal Information: Individuals’ personal information (‘PI’) will be collected to enable SATC and its agencies to administer this Educational Application Process, carry out marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes (including direct marketing, market research, and surveys), and provide the individual with further information about SATC or other websites or goods or services offered by SATC, SATC’s related companies, or third parties which SATC considers may be of interest to the individual. The PI of the Winner and any Companions may be provided to third parties to assist in the conduct of the competition including prize suppliers and deliverers. If the PI requested is not provided, the individual may not participate in the competition and/or receive the Prize. By entering this competition, the individual consents to the use of their PI as described. Individuals may have rights of access to and correction of their PI. 9. General: All of SATC’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by SATC to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. This competition is subject to English and Welsh law however all entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South Australian courts.
10. Commercial electronic messages: By participating in the competition, the individual consents (to the extent required under the Australian Spam Act 2003 or its relevant equivalent in other applicable jurisdictions) to SATC sending the individual, and any entity the individual represents, commercial electronic messages.

1. All famil prize travel will be subject to Qantas’ Conditions of Carriage. Frequent Flyer Points and Status Points cannot be accrued on prize air travel.
2. Flights may not be converted into cash and are non-transferable.
3. Qantas assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. Qantas assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants, or any other person’s computer, related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials relating to this promotion or during this famil.
4. Neither Qantas nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or pre, post or during the famil.
5. Qantas collects participants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not take part in the promotion. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for Qantas to use the winner’s details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the participant. Please refer to Qantas’ Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use and storage of personal information.
6. The Promoter of this competition is the South Australian Tourism Commission, Level 6, Australia Centre, cnr Melbourne Place and Strand, London, United Kingdom, WC2B 2LG.
7. Participants will be required to travel with the famil group for the duration of the famil and no date/cabin/route or time deviations of flights is permitted at any time by participants.
8A: Any changes will be at the full discretion of Qantas.
8. The winners must have (at the time of travel) a valid passport for at least six (6) months after arrival in Australia and all necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with applicable immigration or other travel regulations (the cost and organisation of which is the winner’s responsibility). The prize does not include spending money, transfers to/from UK airport or travel insurance. Only meals as indicated in the final itinerary are included, all other expenses are at prize-winners own expense. Accommodation is based on single room occupancy.
